How we test

FajitaRecipe.com exists to help you actually succeed at dinner. Every recipe moves through a defined editorial workflow — idea, draft, ready for test, tested, reviewed, and only then published. A recipe is never described as “tested” unless a real test record exists with the tester, date, equipment, and measured results.

Recipes you see marked development preview are template examples used while we build the site. They are not indexed, not in our sitemap, and clearly labeled until a founder has cooked and verified them.

Our food-safety guidance follows USDA minimum-temperature recommendations and is centralized so numbers never contradict across pages. We do not offer medical or dietary advice.
